Cyber vault is a tech, SaaS based start-up founded in 2018. The company is headquartered in Singapore with an offshore development center in India. It offers cloud-based product development, infrastructure services and turnkey project delivery.

About CLOUDPAY

In 2020, Cybervault's launched an enterprise claims platform called CLOUDPAY in effort to expand its services offering. Rajbabu explained that CLOUDPAY is quick and fast SaaS based claims solution tailored for all startup, small and medium enterprises. This will be the right suggested platform that can fit into any workflow to solve the day-to-day problems of claims and process.  He said: "In this quick era, nobody wants to lose time for repeated processes and perform old procedures to enroll and get the claims from the respective concerns. To solve this basic pain point with the key-in procedure to upload data from the bills, we are upgrading our system to support Optical Character Recognition (OCR) methodology to extract the details at a fastest rate. This faster way of submission will decrease unwanted tie loss and increase the overall employee productivity. "It also facilitates the quick scanning and extraction of the details to relevant fields to get the claim form filled in for submission. The next level of verification can be done easily with clear proof of bills and data uploaded to have better validation in a short period of time. Here authenticity of documents is verified quickly and the approval process will be geared up with a faster response to the submission".
